Native Canadian flautist Daniel Crane's haunting and meditative style is featured on this impressive collection of compositions and arrangements based on traditional Dakota/Lakota themes. Daniel¹s Tsuu-Tína name is Bearcoat, which symbolizes strength and warmth. Guided by his grandfathers, he carefully fashioned his own wooden flute. Carrying on the tradition today, Daniel performs and offers workshops to many who want learn about the songs, dances, ceremonies, art, and traditional wooden flute of the First Nations people
