Simon Fisk
Since relocating from Nova Scotia to Vancouver in 1995, Simon quickly became a sought after local bassist with national stature. A protege of bassist/ composer, Gary Peacock (Keith Jarrett Trio), his playing has lead him across Canada, to many parts of the USA (New York, LA, Boston, Seattle, Kansas City, Dallas, Alabama...), as well as to performances in Glasgow, Scotland and Frankfurt, Germany. For three years,
Simon toured extensively with pianist Michael Kaeshammer, Juno nominee, and threetime West Coast Music Award winner. Recording 'Trainwrecks' while working with Michael, gave him the impetus to pursue his own musical directions, and composition. Chris Gestrin graduated from Boston's
Berklee College of Music in 1995. He is an extremely versatile pianist, keyboardist, producer and
composer, and has worked with a variety of artists. Finishing off the trio is Tom Foster. He attended North Texas State University majoring in percussion and
Jazz Education. He has appeared in many television, radio, and theatre performances and
has performed on a variety of recordings including filmscores, albums and jingles.
